Digital radiography is applied to detect defects in the volume of materials and structural elements and, for example, to determine the wall thickness of insulated pipes.
The process of the digital radiography is mainly used in the industrial field, for example in installation, bridge, and pipeline construction, in foundries, power plants and in the chemical field.
Our services
We carry out the mobile X-ray testing for you with our mobile testing vehicles directly in your production and construction sites as well as the stationary testing at your own locations.
Radiation sources (such as Ir 192, Se75) and X-ray systems meeting the highest requirements in terms of safety are used. This service is available throughout Germany and in the Netherlands.
Our employees are qualified and certified in the levels/levels 1–3 according to the standard ISO 9712 and have many years of experience with a wide variety of raw materials and structural elements.
Digital Radioscopy –RT-S Fields of application
Digital radioscopy is a 2-D method applied for the detection of errors or features in the volume of structural elements.
Among other things, this method is applied for series testing of structural elements made of cast aluminum or of electronic components.
Our services
We carry out the stationary procedure of digital radioscopy for you at our own locations.
Transportable test objects weighing from a few grams to 100 kg can be irradiated in the radioscopy installations.
Our employees are qualified and certified in the levels/levels 1–3 according to the standard ISO 9712 and have many years of experience with a wide variety of raw materials and components.
